Karen Naidoo

As National Operations Director at The Well Team, Karen Naidoo leads the delivery of high-quality, person-centred disability support across Sydney, Greater Western Sydney, and nationally. Her hands-on approach to operations ensures every participant receives the care and respect they deserve.

Karen brings extensive frontline experience in NDIS support coordination, working directly with participants living with complex needs, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, and physical disability. She has deep expertise in Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments and providing high-intensity 1:1 and 2:1 support for individuals requiring around-the-clock care.

Her operational leadership spans in-home support, community access, daily living assistance, and personal care — always with a focus on participant choice, dignity, and independence. Karen is passionate about culturally safe service delivery and ensuring every team member upholds the highest standards of person-centred practice.
