The Well Team provides NDIS support services, including but not limited to support coordination, support work, therapeutic services, and community access support. Our services are tailored to individuals with disabilities in accordance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

All direct support services require a separate Service Agreement that outlines specific terms, conditions, pricing, and service details. These agreements form part of our contractual relationship and should be read in conjunction with these Terms of Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

The Well Team website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Well Team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

By posting content on our website or through our services, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our platform.
