Role Purpose
As our Client Onboarding & Relationship Manager, you'll be the first point of connection between The Well Team and every new participant. From the initial consultation, you'll listen deeply, understand their unique needs, and recommend the most appropriate NDIS support pathway.
Once services begin, you'll remain actively involved—helping shape the support team, tracking engagement, and ensuring each participant feels confident, safe, and understood throughout their NDIS journey.
You'll also contribute to our staff deployment model, collaborating with our HR and Operations teams to ensure that every team member assigned to a participant is aligned in skills, personality, values, and daily routines.
Key Responsibilities
Convert Leads into NDIS Participants
Conduct needs assessments with prospective participants and families to uncover goals, concerns, and support priorities
Present The Well Team's support model and NDIS services in a trustworthy, clear manner
Own all follow-ups, questions, and decision-support until service agreement is secured
Convert through structured, authentic conversations—not pressure tactics

Requirements
2+ years in client onboarding, consultative sales, or NDIS coordination
Experience working with people with disabilities or complex needs
Strong communication skills—empathetic, persuasive, and clear
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
