As our Compliance & Execution Officer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of NDIS compliance while implementing governance systems that enhance operational effectiveness and support our mission of transforming lives.

Role Purpose

As our Compliance & Execution Officer within the CFO/Governance/Finance & Compliance Department, you'll be responsible for protecting the company's legal compliance, risk management, and audit readiness—ensuring the organization is stable, sustainable, and regulator-proof.

Working closely with the CFO/Governance lead and the Finance & Compliance Officer, you'll focus on implementing and maintaining compliance systems, conducting audits, managing risk, and developing governance frameworks that support both regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

In line with your department's WorkWell™ contribution, you'll lock in compliance, risk management, and quality control at every step of our model. You'll ensure all care/service delivery is matched with the right documentation and legal foundation, and drive continuous improvement based on audit findings and compliance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Systems & Management

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance systems and processes that meet NDIS and regulatory requirements

  • Monitor changes to NDIS compliance requirements and other relevant regulations, updating systems and practices accordingly

  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation, policies, and procedures that support operational effectiveness

  • Implement compliance training and awareness programs for staff across all departments

WorkWell™ Model Integration

As Compliance & Execution Officer, you play a critical role in our WorkWell™ Model, particularly within:

  • Performance Monitoring & Feedback

    You'll audit files, monitor service KPIs, NDIS compliance, and satisfaction ratings to drive quality

  • Redeployment & Issue Resolution

    You'll ensure all issues, breaches, and improvement suggestions are logged and actioned appropriately

  • Continuous Improvement

    You'll drive updates to SOPs, processes, and protocols based on compliance findings and best practices
