Support Worker
Provide direct, hands-on support to NDIS participants, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life across Sydney, Melbourne, and Darwin.

As a Support Worker, you are the heart of everything we do. The relationships you build and the daily support you provide create ripple effects of independence, confidence, and wellbeing for our participants.
Role Purpose
You will provide personalised, participant-directed support across a range of daily living activities. Working directly in participants' homes and communities, you will help them pursue their goals and build their capacity for greater independence.
You will work as part of a coordinated support team, communicating regularly with your team leader and contributing progress notes to our participant management system after each shift.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Living Support
Assist participants with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility support
Support participants to manage household tasks and develop independent living skills
Administer medication and follow health management plans as directed by relevant health professionals
Implement participant behaviour support plans and positive behaviour strategies

Qualifications
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Experience supporting people with disability (desirable)
