As our Fleet & Asset Coordinator, you'll ensure our staff have the vehicles, equipment, and resources they need to provide exceptional support to NDIS participants—enabling our mission of transforming lives through quality care.
Role Purpose
As the Fleet & Asset Coordinator within our Operations Department, you'll be responsible for managing our vehicle fleet and organizational assets to ensure flawless day-to-day execution across all support services. Your work will contribute to keeping our business running at an elite, audit-ready standard.
Working under the Operations Manager, you'll oversee fleet maintenance, asset tracking, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll lead a Junior Fleet Support Specialist to ensure all vehicles and equipment are safe, reliable, and efficiently deployed to support our service delivery.
In line with your department's WorkWell™ contribution, you'll help execute on-the-ground support by providing the necessary resources, maintain compliance with vehicle and asset regulations, and enable rapid operational response through efficient resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management & Maintenance
Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of all company vehicles, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and compliant
Coordinate vehicle allocation and scheduling to optimize resource utilization and support service delivery needs
Manage fuel card systems, monitor usage, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Supervise the Junior Fleet Support Specialist in day-to-day fleet operations and maintenance tasks
