As our Head of Workforce Deployment, you'll pioneer innovative approaches to talent management that ensure the right people with the right skills are matched to the right participants at the right time—creating the foundation for life-changing support.
Role Purpose
As our Head of Workforce Deployment, you'll lead a department dedicated to recruiting, onboarding, deploying, and supporting the right people for every care need—delivering the backbone for scalable, compliant, and rapid service delivery.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing the systems that transform our WorkWell™ Model principles into day-to-day staffing reality. Leading our HR Specialist team, you'll build sophisticated talent acquisition, deployment, and development processes that sit at the intersection of strategic planning and operational execution.
As a key WorkWell™ contributor, you'll enable the "recruitment-first" and "deployment-ready" execution, ensure rapid matching and redeployment for client/staff fit, and own compliance and onboarding for all workforce—directly contributing to exceptional participant outcomes and organizational growth.

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Planning
Develop and implement the recruitment-first foundation of our WorkWell™ Model, ensuring we attract exceptional talent aligned with our values
Create strategic workforce plans that anticipate growth needs across all service lines and regions
Establish candidate assessment frameworks that identify both technical capabilities and values alignment
Implement innovative talent attraction strategies that establish The Well Team as an employer of choice in the NDIS sector

Qualifications
5+ years in HR/Workforce Planning leadership
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
