As our IT Specialist, you'll ensure our technology platforms, systems, and tools are reliable, secure, and optimized to support our mission of transforming lives through quality NDIS support.
Role Purpose
As an IT Specialist within our Operations Department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring flawless day-to-day execution across all technology systems that support our service delivery. You'll maintain the technical infrastructure that keeps our business running at elite, audit-ready standard.
Working under the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our IT systems, ensuring data security and compliance, providing technical support to staff, and implementing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
In line with your department's WorkWell™ contribution, you'll help maintain compliance and audit trail systems, enable rapid operational response through reliable technology, and support our "engine room" of service delivery with the technical tools needed for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
IT Systems Management & Development
Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and software applications
Configure and administer systems used for service delivery, staff management, and participant support
Implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and service quality
Manage IT vendor relationships and ensure service-level agreements are met
