Junior Fleet Support Specialist

As our Junior Fleet Support Specialist, you'll play an important role in keeping our fleet operational and safe—contributing directly to our mission of transforming lives through dependable, accessible NDIS support.

Role Purpose

As a Junior Fleet Support Specialist within our Operations Department, you'll assist the Fleet & Asset Coordinator in maintaining our vehicle fleet and organizational assets. Your work will help ensure flawless day-to-day execution of support services by keeping our transportation resources reliable and ready for use.

Working under the Fleet & Asset Coordinator, you'll handle routine vehicle maintenance, basic repairs, vehicle cleanliness, equipment checks, and administrative tasks related to fleet management. You'll be the hands-on member of the team who ensures our vehicles are in optimal condition for staff to use in service delivery.

In line with your department's WorkWell™ contribution, you'll help maintain the physical resources needed for rapid deployment and mobilization, supporting our commitment to reliable, on-time service delivery for NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance & Care

  • Perform regular vehicle inspections, including fluid checks, tire pressure, lights, and basic mechanical components

  • Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle servicing and maintenance with approved service providers

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness through regular cleaning of interiors and exteriors

  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed and within scope of skills
