As our Managing Director, you'll be entrusted with embodying and evolving this mission—leading our entire organization to achieve excellence in participant outcomes while driving sustainable growth and innovation in NDIS service delivery.

Role Purpose

As our Managing Director, you'll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of The Well Team. You'll report directly to the CEO while leading our five key departments: National Care, Workforce Deployment & HR, Operations, CFO/Governance/Finance & Compliance, and Marketing.

Your role balances visionary leadership with practical execution—ensuring the WorkWell™ Model principles drive every aspect of our service delivery, team development, and organizational growth across all departments. You'll harmonize their distinct functions while maintaining a unified approach to our mission and values.

This position requires a leader who can orchestrate our departmental structure to work as a cohesive whole—inspiring teams, navigating complex regulatory environments, driving innovation, and maintaining an unwavering focus on our mission to provide life-changing support to NDIS participants through our proven organizational framework.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute organizational strategy aligned with our mission and WorkWell™ Model

  • Lead and mentor department heads, fostering a cohesive leadership team that drives excellence throughout the organization

  • Ensure strategic alignment across all departments and functions, with clear goals, metrics, and accountability

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, NDIS policy changes, and market dynamics to position the organization for long-term success

WorkWell™ Model Leadership

As Managing Director, you'll be the primary steward of our WorkWell™ Model, responsible for:

  • Model Evolution & Refinement

    Continuously developing and refining the WorkWell™ Model based on outcomes data and emerging best practices

  • Organizational Alignment

    Ensuring all departments embody and implement the model's principles in their operations

  • Strategic Integration

    Using the model as a framework for decision-making, resource allocation, and growth planning

  • Cultural Embodiment

    Modeling and championing the values and approach that define our unique service philosophy
