As our Head of Marketing & Lead Generation, you'll develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads while building our reputation as a trusted, participant-focused NDIS provider committed to transforming lives.

Role Purpose

As our Head of Marketing & Lead Generation, you'll lead the Marketing Department dedicated to generating brand awareness, driving leads, nurturing the reputation of The Well & Co, and supporting growth through multi-channel campaigns and partnerships.

You'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, oversee our Marketing Specialist(s), and collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and participant-centered communications. Your expertise will drive targeted campaigns that connect with NDIS participants, their families, and referral sources.

In line with your department's WorkWell™ contribution, you'll drive the "demand signal" that starts the WorkWell™ engine, ensuring every campaign, message, and outreach is compliant, mission-driven, and optimizes our pipeline flow. Your marketing efforts will be the catalyst that initiates our service delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and the WorkWell™ Model

  • Oversee the creation of compelling, NDIS-compliant content across all marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and print

  • Lead Marketing Specialist(s) in campaign planning, execution, and optimization

  • Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement and ROI optimization

As Head of Marketing & Lead Generation, you play a foundational role in our WorkWell™ Model, especially within:

  • Demand Signal & Lead Generation

    You'll initiate the first stage of our model by generating qualified leads through digital campaigns, partnerships, and community outreach

  • Intake & Needs Mapping Preparation

    Your marketing content will set accurate expectations and begin the education process that facilitates smoother intake conversations

  • Continuous Improvement

    Your analysis of marketing performance and lead quality will provide valuable feedback to refine our overall approach

Qualifications
