As a Marketing Specialist, every campaign you run, every article you write, and every ad you optimise directly helps more people find the support that can change their lives.
Role Purpose
Working alongside the Head of Marketing & Lead Generation, you will execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified NDIS participant leads and build brand awareness across our key service regions.
You will manage day-to-day content creation, SEO, paid media, and social channels, continuously testing and optimising to improve lead quality and cost efficiency. You will bring both creative flair and analytical discipline to everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
Content & SEO
Create accessible, Grade 5 reading level content for blog posts, service pages, and social media that educates and converts NDIS participants and families
Develop and execute an SEO strategy that improves organic search visibility for key NDIS service and location terms
Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram with a consistent brand voice
Produce email marketing campaigns including newsletters, onboarding sequences, and referral partner communications

Qualifications
2+ years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, disability, or social services
Demonstrated experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write for diverse, non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms
Familiarity with NDIS sector or disability services (highly regarded)
