As our National Care Manager, you'll be at the heart of this mission—leading the strategy, systems, and team that ensure our NDIS participants receive consistent, personalized, and transformative support services.
Role Purpose
As our National Care Manager, you'll lead the department that owns and executes the end-to-end participant experience—from first contact through onboarding, team matching, ongoing support, and advocacy. Your department is the growth engine and frontline of trust, NDIS compliance, and satisfaction.
You'll strategically oversee our care delivery system across all regions, leading our Care Onboarding & Relationship Specialists, Care Specialists, and Community Care Engagement teams to execute our WorkWell™ Model. Your role bridges participant care, staff development, and organizational objectives.
As a key WorkWell™ contributor, you'll start the "demand signal" and intake process, ensure every participant receives a tailored care team and experience, and provide real-time feedback for system improvement and rapid redeployment if issues arise.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Care Vision
Lead the implementation of the WorkWell™ Model across all care teams, ensuring its principles guide service delivery nationwide
Drive strategic decision-making for care services, balancing participant needs, staff capabilities, and organizational objectives
Develop and oversee care quality metrics that align with NDIS requirements and our commitment to exceptional support
Collaborate with the Managing Director to evolve service offerings based on participant feedback and market opportunities
